This means that we can't examine the contract or its terms, and we can't take a side if there's a disagreement. Since LiquorByDoor isn't directly involved in these buyer-seller contracts, we don't assess contracts, mediate, or favor any side in contract disputes.

Most sellers usually don't allow returns for changes of mind. Review the product listing for complete information about their return policy. If your item has an issue, you can return it, no matter what the seller’s return policy states.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?

What about Customer change of mind ?

How do I initiate a Return or Exchange?

What process do I need to follow to Return an item?

Condition of the Product: Returned products must be:

  •  Unopened, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact.
  •  Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

 For legal and safety reasons, open bottles of alcohol are not eligible for return and refund.

Is there a Return Shipping fee?

In scenarios where the return is not made due to damaged or faulty items, rather than a change of mind then applicable shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on the circumstances of the return, you may be responsible for covering return shipping costs. You must ensure safe and protective packaging to avoid any damage to the products to be returned.  If the product received is damaged, defective, spoiled, or you receive incorrect items in your order, then you are eligible for refund and replacement and the shipping charges will be applicable. In case the return is made due to a change of mind and the respective seller’s return policy for the product allows this type of return then shipping cost for the product has to be borne by the customer. 

What is the Refund Process ?

 Refunds will be made using the original payment method within 2-3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product by the seller. Please note that any applicable shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers on our platform are committed to assisting with your returns. They will,

  • Provide any necessary information or documentation required for the return. Sellers have the option to request evidence demonstrating that the goods were indeed damaged or faulty.
  • Sellers are not responsible for the following situations:
    • A delivery is considered late if an attempted delivery has been made within the specified timeframe or before it.
    • If a parcel has been signed for and the delivery is complete, regardless of whether you personally received it or not.
    • While sellers make efforts to ensure timely deliveries to your address, it's important to note that delivery times are not guaranteed and are not considered a part of your agreement with us or the sellers.
    • If you're seeking a refund due to a delay by the courier or other delivery partners and the item is still in transit, please wait until you receive the item and then proceed to return it to the seller.

Customer Responsibilities

 Customers are responsible for,

  • Providing accurate information when initiating a return.
  • Ensuring the product is returned in the specified condition and within the designated time frame.

Dispute Resolution

When you make a purchase of items, you enter into an agreement with the seller - LiquorByDoor is not involved in this contract. This means that we are unable to assess or examine a contract or its conditions, and we are unable to take a stance in case of a disagreement.

As LiquorByDoor is not directly involved in these contractual agreements between buyers and sellers, we do not analyze contracts, mediate, or choose sides in any contract-related conflicts. LiquorByDoor also does not actively search for items that might give rise to such issues or enforce terms from external parties that limit the resale of an item.
